the return of the blutack

blutack was found all over the sensor in the kitchen, again.

it was a foggy day. day didn't start off well either. woke up at 8+ to get a few things settled before going off to class - to tidy my room one last time, to attend the resnet surgery, to buy the phonecards, and also to get ready for class lar. didn't have enough sleep, so die lar...to get more sleep, i'd have to sacrifice my 11am class or tidying my room etcetc. i chose the former =) we were learning double entries for that session goddamnit. anywayz halfway thru my nap, there was this one huuuuuge thunderstorm (to msia's standard is only average lar) which woke me up. wah first time hearing a thunder in uk. raining somemore, lagi good! can have a better sleep! apparently, this thunder actually hit one part of the ground in my halls and caused lotsa problems lar. the police & firemen were here to check and ensure it was safe to stay lalalalalalaa; some phone lines and internet (LIKE MINE) weren't working; one of 2 main exits in my halls was closed for investigation (wth); CCTVs all around the halls weren't working - there's now security guards going round the halls/campus at night wahahhahaha maximum security is so cooool; and the line connected to the fire station in case of any fire wasn't working as well, soooooo they pasted notices everywhere around the campus/halls/house, and even came in to OUR bedrooms and left the notice behind (wah so freaky lar got people come into my room without my knowledge..luckily my room was clean&tidy hehehehe). the notice was....very important you know. it said, in case the fire alarm rang, you should call the fire brigade and give them our address lar, then RUN to the accomodation office to notify the staffs. or if you found a fire, then congratulations lar you get the chance to break the glass thingy so that the alarm will ring lar, then ar call the firemen up as well and RUNNNNNNNNN to the office. something like that lar =P

a squirrel with its fluffy tail - reminds me of my meow meow~

tuesday in bullring. coincidently it was topshop's student lock-in from 6-9pm. the queue to the shop was....CRAZY. imagine bullring being 1u - the queue was from topshop extended until watson. or even further. siow lar.

omg this is soooo cute! they have kittens & puppies of different breeds in sleeping position, and they're stomach/abdomen would move up&down coz sleeping mar omggggggg. i miss my meow meow..

chinatown. birmingham looks like a sad city huh? so peaceful and quiet-looking liddat rite. damn. looks can be deceiving =P

and yaa in case you wanted to see my 'current condition'. hear me whine - i wanna have a haircut~~ sigh.
sent mum off at heathrow earlier on. ate out for the whole 4 days with her (i've only eaten out once in the past 3 weeks okayyyyy) - had a coupla fastfood, omg starbucks americano is da bomb(!!), chinese buffet (with some VERY HOT curries which was indeed very mild), shogun for a very filling jap dinner, all time favourite- harvester (the best part is the free flow of salad at the salad bar =))), and a yummylicious indian dinner at her friend's. it's been such a long time since i feel soooo bloated *burps*. went shoppingggg (not a very successful one for me). saw the 7.30am bus to london drive pass us (late for a few mins lar deng -__-). but the driver for the 8am bus was sooooooooo nice that he took us in for no additional charge! otherwise it would have costed us an additional £14.50 per person to catch the bus o_O anywayzzzzzzz yaaaa the bus driver was a really nice guy! entertained us passengers throughout the ride too woooooot! also saw him syoking sendiri while listening to some breakfast show - laughed to himself but can't hear a thing coming out of his mouth that kind lar hehe. generally people are like so nice here lar ;) mum also caught the prison break virus - she watched like two thirds the first series in 2nights o_O i gave up on the 2nd night and read my storybook only =)
my apology for not replying the comments. been having really bad connection/no connection at all since my arrival, and didn't bother viewing the site until SOME
publication wth. brought my 012 number from home, so yaaa i can be contacted by that num lar.
and omggggg online shopping is darn addictive!! especially when u're in the uk and eligible for free shippings!! omgggggg
new in the shopaholic series!!! OMGGGGGGG can't wait!! =)))
london is fine! feels like home =) the familiarity of walking down the streets, passing by the same old shops, being around where i once grew up, being crammed in the tube, taking the hour long tube ride from heathrow...aaaaaah =) i've forgotten how longgg oxford street is, how big selfridges soho is compared to bullring's (with ALL the brands!), how busy london is. looking at the bright side, i do have somewhere more interesting to visit than the city i'm living in rite, instead of choosing my first choice London then complaining bout nowhere else to visit coz the city bores me =P i once stayed in the city with mum&bro&sis for 2months (while they stayed for the rest of the 6months while i returned for 0403cal) and used to window shop at oxford street as much as 4times a week until i got so bored of the city coz i ran out of places to visit..=P it's slightly warmer here too compared to birmingham, and the water doesn't taste as good. tastes just like the same old yucky london hard water ;) good day all!
