finally my room's internet connection is working!! have been free-riding on some folk's wifi (poor connection, but something is better than nothing) and spending hours in the library going online. well that's like the only reason why i would spend so much time in the library rite...and another reason is for group discussion purposes, of which i never look forward to...
am supposed to be like happily hanging out in my room watching more tv shows or even watching a movie with susi and tina (omg i love my uni's internet connection! downloading speed is miraculously fast - heck! an episode of series in under 5mins!) but sadly like the rest of the population, i procrastinate too much. have an individual report to hand in on friday, but i'm far from done. hopefully i'll not start on my tv show marathon any time soon...
among the free dinners!
german soup in the making. dump some beef stock, brussel sprouts, potatoes, onions, cauliflowers, carrots, bacon, and sausages in it and you've got yourself some german soup! reminds me of ABC soup only....mmmmmm

chinese chinese fooood. 6 dishes+1soup. chinese chinese people like to cook egg with tomatoes. i remember seeing it in
every meal we had in china. i like the way the eggplant was done though. yumz! anywayz that was probably my 2nd proper homecook chinese food since i left kl. walaoeh didn't expect shelley to take me so seriously when i told her yesterday that i wanted to eat spare ribs =D i still like china town's spare ribs yo! it's worth my (parent's) every penny i paid! yummmmmmmmm! and why does asda's taramasalata taste saltier than usual??? not nice wan aiyerrrrr so sad only lar =(
okayyy i should stop talking about food because i could go on and on about it....=P
the kitchen...when i first stepped in after my dublin trip, it was in it's WORST state i've seen - everything was everywhere...
all the dishes+cutleries+pans&pots+glasses we had were left in/beside the sink, the stove covered with burnt stains, the bin as ever so full (with a few other rubbish bags right beside it), table filled with ashes and bed crumbs and sauces....and all these happened because..well, the heating in our flat hasn't been working since wednesday...and that's a total of 6days. my fellow flatmates weren't able to do all the washing ups because we didn't have hot water lar you expect us to wash everything up with cold cold icy cold water meh??
oh i see....
-_-"
and the kitchen stayed in this condition for the next two days when somebody finally came over to fix the heater on wednesday. poor flatmates and i. no hot water and no heater for 1 whole week...thankfully the shower was a electric heated one, otherwise can die lar. now we have heating for 24/7!! =)
to hear from the guys that they were the ones who cleaned the kitchen is...amazing! the guys who blasts music, who spends
all day playing ps2, who has plenty of guys coming over every night to join in the fun, who gets high on weed and liquor every night...great! it's not easy to maintain a clean&tidy kitchen in my flat. it used to last a couple of days, but the past week has seen the kitchen getting messed up a few hours after someone cleans it. and why is it that my beers in the fridge are going missing one after another?? and my 2pints of milk is also getting lesser everytime i see it....hmmmmm maybe marius has been using it for his coffee...hmmmm....oh well....
