i finally got the chance to gamble both yesterday and tonight, with an overall profit of just over £1!!!!! well, we played really small bets eg 1p per card for chor dai dee and 5p per point for mahjong, which explained the tiny win la. its still enough to buy me a loaf of bread or 2.5kg of market value potatoes anyway wtf. indeed it was a good way of passing time :)

anyhows on the second day of snow, we decided to make use of the opportunity and go play in the snow which was lots&lotsa fun :D us 3 grownups were running around the streets like kids and stuffing snow into each others' face hehe.

was thirsty, and decided to chill the beer the natural way before drinking hehe. BEST!


this was the end product of our snowman, the third of the night to be exact. we started building our snowman on the road, but since we were lacking in snow, we decided to move the half-built snowman to the other side of the road where there were more snow. somehow while moving it, we terdropped our half-built snowman before arriving at the site which we planned to further build our snowman, but didnt really care so we just continued building it there. just when we were almost done building the snowman, an old hag came up to us and shouted at us for being disrespectful because we were building our snowman in front of the church.

....wtf we didnt even realised we were building a snowman in front of the church until she came to us lor. without much hesitation, we attempted to move our snowman away but it was too solid and theres no way we could move it but to demolish it T_T and i insisted on moving all our hardwork of compiling all the snow back to our frontyard, but the old hag said it's ok. HELLO OLD HAG, we spent >an hour compiling that amount of snow and do u think we would want to shove snow from other streets again??? so after shouting back at her ITS NOT OK for a couple of times, she finally pissed off and stood in front of her house for another five minutes looking at us chinks moving snow from one end to another (and deep inside most probably thinking "sad chinese people who've never seen snow in their life" and asking us to return to our home country wtf). so yah in conclusion, thats the end product which could have been twice the size and more macho looking if not for the old hag grrrrrr.


the roads were then SO ICY zomg. suddenly the roads and pathways have become ice skating rinks :/

and then just when the snow has finally melted after 3days of snow, it started snowing again the very same day after we were done house partying!

i like it when it snows, seeing the snowflakes fall from the sky and the surroundings being covered with snow is quite dream-like; however, the inconveniences it brings is too much to list. leaving the house can be super dreadful lor!!!
